My point exactly- I never declared the number of saves is any indication of quality or how good a detector is... two saves in a day, in a month or on the way to work... it is all useless for comparing units.

JCC296 is infamous around these parts
I won't go into the debate between K40 or V1, but V1 certainly works very well. Saved me twice on the trip to Vegas last month.

I may be changing my mind and going back to V1 with Laser intercepters or blinders. Comments?

Blinder is a very good affordable unit. It really depends what guns are used in your area. The Pro Laser 3 and Ultralyte are the most common, then you also have Stalker LIDAR and Laser Atlanta.

There is also the new Ultralyte TruSpeed, which is the newest, hottest gun, some jammers aren't programmed to deal with it yet (that's because their makers don't know the TruSpeed pps, which is the pulse per second rate, that helps in creating the algorithm against the gun). The Laser Interceptor in my and most others opinion is the best coverage against all the guns on the market, including the TruSpeed, it has been tested (just go to youtube and search) and has the ability to JTG in almost every encounter. (Ofcourse I don't recommand JTG)

The V1 covers you well against radar, so together, both of these units make one killer defense.

Laser Interceptor also has great customer support.

Totally with you, I was refering more to K40 to deal with laser, which per most tests wasn't very impressive.
