Ken- Correct, this is NavTV's premiere hands free BT integration module for pcars. No audio input provided, you would need to buy a separate ipod integration module from NavTV, Dension, Mobridge, etc.
Installation looks to be relatively simple, btw. The kit includes factory plug connectors and MOST connector.

PM me an offer- It is $750 new, and I've just had it sitting here in the box for the past few months. http://www.navtv.com/products_usa_bluetooth_tooki.php

Zookie- I'm not sure about the 996 PCMII, you'll have to call NavTV and ask them, or PM "NavTV" here on the 6. They are all very helpful.
[EDIT] Actually, according to the install guide it is for all PCMII units that have the phone button: http://www.navtv.com/manuals/TOOKI/tooki_compressed.pdf

Thanks but no- To put things in perspective, at my listed price you're already getting it for $265 less, and it's completely new/unused. How often can you buy this kit brand new at this low of a price? never
