I can confirm the Vivo booster fits perfect in the back of the 996.
and the red and black looks super cool in person.

Will any of the rear facing seats go in the back of a 996? The base looks pretty wide... If you have one of them in stock and a 996 nearby, I'd really like a pic to see how it sets in there and what kind of room is left in the front seat when the child seat is in place.

I'm working on getting some more fitment info and some pics from one of our customers. Stay tuned...

How do you know this? Have you tried? There is NO WAY this unit fits in the back of the 996. Please stop false advertising.

Actually, the Young Sport will fit in the back of a 996, but it helps to remove the pitch adjustment bar from the base (its the one with the little handles on either end).

Once this is done, it will definitely fit. It's tight, but it can be done, and we have. We've installed this seat in both 996 Coupes and Cabrios.

I guess my 4YO young sport is different from the new models you carry? All I know is when I remove the pitch adjustment, it still doesnt lie flat. Can you fit it in there? I guess you can, but mine will rock/sway and does not fit snug like the porsche seat. I guess it just depends on your definition of "fits". I find any rocking or swaying unacceptable since it is my kids who are sitting in them.

...if you take it far enough, I guess you can fit 3 people back there and just have them hold on as long as you don't crash.....

fyi- i know the porsche seat is made by britex, but I ended up just having the dealer throw the porsche car seat in as part of the deal.
