If you know how to remove the cluster the job is easy from there. Hardest part is removing the needle, but if you have the tool it makes it easier. A wedge piece that helps lift the needle for removal.

The Cluster speedometer needle is currently not working. Everything else is in working order. Fits 996TT only. Asking $250.00+shipping OBO. Local pickup ok. Thanks for looking again.
