I've only worn this helmet to 2 track days (a total of 4 days). I wore a balaclava all 4 days, so it still smells like new inside. I'm selling because it fits me one size too big. If anyone has the same helmet in L & needs one size up, I will accept & actually PREFER to do an even trade, because I'm not too enthusiastic on losing money since I'm going to buy the same helmet again anyways.

If you look closely at me (driver), you'll see I'm wearing a balaclava.

... The helmet as you can see has the light tint visor which I bought to block glare, & it works great. It now has a "RennTrack.com" sticker on the visor & a Porsche crest on each side, all of which are removable.

The helmet retails for $950, & I added a tinted "shield" (visor) that costs $79. That's $1,029 (not counting the awesome Porsche decals on the sides ).

I'm selling for $750 OBO (Buyer pays shipping/PayPal fees) or as stated before, trade for a size L helmet +/- cash.

Not interested, but have you tried changing the padding? I know Arai sells different sized cheek pads.

 

Thanks for the suggestion, but I had already checked that option out. Unfortunately, you can only change cheek pads, but the helmet fits me large all around, including the upper part of my head.

 

What SNELL rating is it?
