I don't think this is Chuck's intake. He's posting on behalf of member Eric, check the link to Eric's 6speed profile.

This is a good price. I bought mine used from a forum member for the same price. Sounds awesome. Make sure you ask if this comes with the generation 1 or 2 filters. I believe the generation 2 filter is non-oiled, which means it's better for the engine.

Hi, do you guys know if this part would fit 997 carrera? Is it the same as for the S?

 

Thanks DW997s. I'm not sure if it's a gen 1 or 2 filter. The airbox was bought in 2008 if that helps.
