yes they are T3 inlet. It's the standart Garrett 3071 turbo with HTA wheels on it. Nothing more, nothing less

Are these a direct bolt on for the 997 or do they require special hardware to install?

They require new headers (different flanges than the OEM headers)and to take the full advantage, need bigger IC's, external wastegates and intake kit.
