Pulled a screw out of my driver side rear sidewall this morning, which, unfortunately is only 4 months old, so had enough life left.

If you have one spare from a similar incident - I would likely be interested for the right price - else I will be purchasing a new pair from tire rack and will then myself have one lying around for next time, or the next unfortunate soul.

That sounds like a front (235/35/19), not a rear.
I have a Bridgestone 295/30/19 that has about half the tread left (I'd have to measure). I've had it sitting in my garage for the past 6-12 mos. I believe that it's a RE050A. Let me know, I certainly don't need it.
