Looking for Tilton clutch, any in USA??

Looking for a Tilton but it seems EVERYONE is out of stock. I guess Tilton has a shortage of Carbon at the moment with no ETA in site

If anyone knows of any IN STOCK please let me know.

Thanks!

In my experience (having driven both Carbonetics and Tilton) the Tilton is more of a racecar clutch. The Carbonetics seemed a lot nicer on the street. To quantify that, the Carbonetics clutches have more flywheel mass and are easier to drive around in my opinion. If you like super light flywheels you'll like the Tilton better.

Thanks rix, did you drive the regular or heavy flywheel version? I do not like an ultra light fw. I noticed evoms sells the regular version and Titan has the heavy fw version.

The Carbonetics clutch was not a "lightweight" version, it's 11.5lbs if memory serves. Stock flywheel is 13lbs.

Titan offers 18.5 and a evoms a 14.3 pound for the Tilton. Do you know which of the two variations you tested?

Stock is a lot more than 13 pounds.

I was thinking the single mass flywheel was 13lbs. Guess I'm wrong about that. The Tilton was definitely the light flywheel version.

Perhaps some googling is in order...
