They were for my 2001 tt, you should be fine with it. I dont believe there was a size change for 01-05 996tt. YOU can confirm with Evoms. I am not sure what measurements your looking for but, I will be more than happy to measure whatever you'd like. my email oovaness@gmail.com thanks Orbell
