I believe I read somewhere that someone used GT3 heads/cams on their turbo. I assume this would add a lot to the top end numbers and flatten the high rpm torque curve.
Of course you would lose bottom end torque in the process and I believe 98% of the people here would be more than happy to have prodigymb's numbers. I know I would.

Are we talking about happiness or tuning? If it's a combination of both then I agree. I'm talking strictly from a tuning/performance perspective. Imho, there is definite room for improvement. The difference between the Evoms and the OP's chart will readily be felt by the seat of the pants. In the OPs case, the car will pull hard until 5500 then it will feel bland after that whereas the Evoms's dyno posted will pull hard all the way through to just about red-line with even better low end tq. That's a big difference in my book.

I knew I was doing something wrong with my stock motor setup. If I would have just set my rev limiter to 6k where power peaked instead of 7800 I would have set the bar even higher for every stock motor 996TT.

-Your comparing charts from 2 different cars, on 2 different dyno's that read completely different, on 2 different days.
-You dont know how the tunes differ and why.
-The non epl chart posted has a very artificial power spike with a sharp drop. I would say this drop would make the non epl car feel far more "bland".
-Both cars make with in 5-7 hps of each other at redline.
-The scaling is different, favoring the non epl chart because of short rpm range, smaller width of chart, and starting scale at 110 hp.
-A stock car makes 405 on the dyno of the non epl car... a stock car makes 330 on our dyno. So in reality the OP's car is making more power.

Such a useful post. Stroke of genious, really. Noboby is hating anybody (except maybe you of course). I'm really impressed with Tony and his answers. They are logical, valid and to the point without making it personal. It's a sad state of affairs when one can't make a comment and suggest that there is room for improvement without resorting to name calling. If people don't think that there's anymore HP left on the table after 5500 with this platform/set-up then that's fine. Watch out for those HPF M3's.
I will be curious to see what kind of 60-130 times this car will do. Any guesses based on the dyno? High 5s, maybe?

All that really matters is if your happy which you are so that's great. The rest is just a discussion. But the hump I was refering to is in the torque curve not HP. Despite your comments, this tq hump is NOT in the Evoms dyno chart with "Alphas (as you say)" and HP keeps climbing.
Why don't you just set your rev limiter to 5500 since you're not making any more power after that. You can save even more gas.

LOL ok I'll get right on that. Tony send me a new file with 5.5k limit per our new resident expert noob's request so that when I shift to the next gear I dont land at 640whp but 100 less.

Do you really think with all that HP and TQ it would feel bland OR you would really notice that in seat of the pants on the street??....By looking at my above dyno sheet dips after peaks,,you would THINK that also,,BUT I FEEL it pull strong to redline and can not tell their are those dips.......

Observation: sure, you can tune for a flat torque curve (just look at the stock curve) and, subsequently, a rising powerband... but you wind up giving up a lot of area under the curve when doing so with these engines. Now, if you build the motor and change the heads, cams, Ti valvetrain, etc etc - results might be different of course.
