SOLD. Thx everybody.
2 pairs of Brey Krause R-9003 Outside Seat Belt Mounts. Just finished my seat install and did not need these mounts. $80 for both pairs. Half price.

Material:Tig welded, type 304, stainless steel.
Finish:Satin finish stainless.
Weight:6oz.
Models:996/997, Boxster, 911 & 944.
Installation:Secures snap-in lap belts to outside seat belt mounting point.
Miscellaneous:Allows user to remove and install belts in seconds. Will not interfere with factory seat belt. One pair will work for both seats.

are they required if you install 996 gt3 bucket seats?

These are only required if your harnesses have lap belts that snap on to their mounting posts
