2003-2010 Cayenne BBS RXII RX2 Wheels. They are 21" x 10.5, 5 x 130 bolt pattern. Includes TPMS sensors. They are used but have been recently refinished by Fast Forward Wheels in Monterey Park CA. These wheels retail for $1200 each.
They are located in Leavenworth Kansas, but I can ship domestically.

No sorry I dont have any pics on the car. I had them on all last summer and needed new tires. I sent them off to be repaired and they are still in the boxes for shipping. I am trading the car.
