Second, it's called a Type 1 wing not a Type 3, which makes more sense now being that I can find more pictures of it online on cars now. Here is a link to a post here right on 6OS where a member installed this type of wing with pictures for you to see.
Being one that does not want to sell anything to anyone without full disclosure and accuracy I am at a loss here. I won't pull the add completely, as I'll let it stand as a testament to be more cautious when buying parts like these, and go through reputable dealers. I for one have learned my lesson, abeit a hard one to swallow.
I have left the original classified below.
If someone is still interested in the wing, I have dropped the price to $250 or best offer, shipping still at buyers expense. Just now know that this is a replica, not the real thing, as per my conversation with TA-USA. My apologies to those who had interest in buying this as previously listed.

This is a used Techart Type III spoiler, painted in seal graphite gray. It has some minor light scratches in the clear, most of which I did my best to take clear pictures of to show you. I believe that a good portion of them would buff out with a little wet sanding and hand buffing if you intend to keep the color but all can definitely be worked out in a respray for a color matching to your car.
Ate it big when I bought this but realize it's a used spoiler and am not looking to get stupid money for it. I'm asking $550 or best offer, plus the cost of shipping to your door. If you're interested make an offer and we will go from there. I do accept Paypal.
If you're around the Albany, New York area and are interested I can install this on your car for free at my shop.

I actually don't have any of this one on a personal car, but if you go to google and do a search for " techart type 3 996 turbo" there is a picture of one on the back of a yellow turbo, which shows you how it looks mounted up in place of the factory airfoil.

I would hope it's authentic, I paid over $1800 USD for it overseas at a tuning shop and was told it was a Type III add on wing. A way to verify the authenticity please? I certainly do not want to mis-market and sell this to someone here as authentic if I was ripped off! Too many good people here for that kind of BS.
Thanks for the heads up. Wans't aware there were people making knock offs of techart parts. Damn. Until I get this verified, I am putting a hold on the sale of this part until I know for sure what it is and who actually made it so I can adjust the ad accordingly. I've got to send a few PM's out to interested buyers now and pass this along.
Going to be making some calls here, IIRC Sharkwerks is a dealer. Maybe they would know? Going to send them a message now as well.
HUGE apologies for this folks. Guess I should have done more research before this

Looks I'm a total fool and an idiot and bought a fake wing. FML. I've updated the original post/ad with the details. So pissed off at myself right now...

I have a knockoff in true Carbon fiber, and looks great on a seal grey car. Buyer beware on varying quality, but xtrememotorsprts was great to deal with. Bought mine on eBay after searching around. Came with the infamous tool. Took about 15 min to install because I am too much of a perfectionist! I agree, didn't need a brand name, just a good product!
