997 GT2 INCONEL exhaust system and manifolds, with HJS catalysts, and carbon fiber tips.
The stock GT2 system, constructed from grade 5 titanium, the only way to improve on material choice on a “hot” section such as this, is to upgrade to Inconel 625. Significant reduction in weight was achieved, as well as increasing the durability of the exhaust over the factory setup.
Replacing the stock 600cpsi cats for 100 cell HJS race catalysts, or de-cat variant, there is significant room for improved power and torque.
Carbon fiber Tails (pre-preg autoclave formula one grade carbon) further reduce weight, and finish off the aesthetic.

One customer running the 70 mm system with 100cel cats will be posting a video soon. There are actually quite a few to be found. I have compiled them in an email for another client. You were right Sam, when I got the new car I planned on purchasing another ep, but was offered a tremendous deal on a Kline. Now, I had been a critic of Kline in the past for sure, Felix answered a lot of my questions so I thought I'd give them a fair shot, worse case just pump it down the road. I admit, I was pleasantly surprised at the clean, drone free tone. It's barely louder than stock cruising, and screams when you hit it at wot, I guess its the crossflow design and sturdy clamps (no v bands here). The best part is the nice civilized rumble on cold start when I go to fetch my car when coming from or going to work, that was always an issue with my ep, which was incredibly loud on cold start, but fabulous otherwise. Been on a month, so far so good, stay tuned.
