A3076 vs. A28 vs. K16G vs. K24 Dyno Overlay

"done smart" isn't very hard if you have half a clue. Smart is in the tune.
Hard parts make a difference but, trust me, these motors are no different than any other motor. If you treat everything as a system, you will get it to work.
That being said, I don't see anything in your list of mods that anyone else can't make or buy. So, hats of to Markski for a good tune on your car.
Enough about working out, gym routines, how big you are, how much you can bench press or squat. It is only important to you because that is your world. Join the ranks of ironman triathlons, spinting, cycling, basketball, baseball or marathons and your stats aren't so impressive. Get it? no offense, just don't see where it fits in here?
Regarding the dyno charts and overlays, tough to compare as there are way to many variables. Throw all these cars on E85, add some real timing and you will see some very different numbers.

Now I'm old and beat up lol.
Just making a reference to challenging convention. I have failed at just
about everything I've endeavorer. My opinion is that it's about persistence.
Status quo has all but wrecked our country. Peeps have become sheep
Challenge convention.

we really do need "popcorn" emoticons in here..
but in other bench pressing news.. there is no faster canyon setup than 16/24's. beyond trading into a gt3 lol. i just tested it again today

That's a tough question...everybody keeps throwing around these HP numbers...like they really mean anything...dynos are different, weather, etc...I mean I understand we need some kind of benchmark for comparison, so it seems to be a necessary evil, but so many variables.
IMO, I THINK Alpha 28's are capable of up to 750whp on a Mustang dyno, (as that is what I use at EPL). That's with a LOT of mods and a LOT of boost, and maybe Meth.
Now there is a 50-75whp difference between a Mustang dyno and a Dynojet, so 800-825whp on a Dynojet? Again, I think this is pushing them to the limit, and would probably only make that power in a perfect environment...

there is!? wow. that sounds nuts. i learn something every day in here. how the hell can anyone ever agree on any numbers then? i guess that's the crux of this debate... all things NOT being equal,.. even systems of measure.

As is ALWAYS said, you need to baseline a vehicle on the same dyno you tune on..for the above reasons. The delta is your improvement.
We all compare our dyno numbers as if we are all tuned on the same dyno in the same place. Not even close...

i appreciate that. still was shocked to learn that degree of a difference might be recorded, from one machine to the next. so dyno numbers.. aren't uniform, or even close one from another(!)... that revelation is a bit humbling lol. thx for the info.

A dynomometer is a tool. There are many different types of these tools. They are all calibrated differently at different altitudes and in different weather environments. I would think everyone would expect the results to be different too.

run on their " Mega Alpha Supra Incognito 900 package. Of course edging
out my record by 3/100ths.
I congratulated them in my post and even said that I believe 4.9s are
possible with the a28s. I then clicked on their 900 package and low
and behold, a dyno of 800 whp on pump gas! They're claiming 900
on race gas!
I called them out on it and boy was that stupid! It looks like I'm being
a poor sport and a hypocrite because I've been rantin and ravin about
Tim picking on Markski.
I got those crazy numbers on the smaller setups to show peeps it could
be done. I sent a dozen responses to guys who wanted to duplicate my
setup. I wanted to help them beat me lol! That's the whole point!
This sh** is expensive and this place is full of highly sophisticated
opportunist who prey on the passion of those who wanna go fast
in a Porsche.
Hey, I deserve it. I could have gone about it way less overtly lol.
