Your best choice may be to purchase these new. Purchasing used you'll be dealing with batteries that may soon be reaching their life span.

Many of folks with model year '07-'08 are placing these now.

I had the dealer install at my annual service. It was actually covered under extended warranty.

Some go through tire rack. You can search threads on TPMS in forums. There is a lots of info.
