That's why I missed it.

I, too, am surprised it was a fair exchange of comments.

Too often I have seen vette guys throw jabs at Porsche for all sorts of reasons.

I bought my first Porsche in "93. It was years before the advent of the internet
forum but there was already a long standing feud between Stuttgart and
Bowling Green. I'm a die hard Porsche fan but the Corvette has come a long
way. It's a world class sports car that accelerates, handles and stops with
cars that cost triple the money. And the new body style is beyond amazing.

unfortunately the GT-Rs responded well to just tunes/pipes and gets to high10s easy, low 10s on FBOs with sweet corn, less than $15k into the 9s,and around $60k to the 7s and can be DD

I still have to savor my P car full build endeavor and it's near completion

yeah most of them are acting like this run was done in the snow. yeah it was a chilly night but it was a warm day so it REALLY wasnt that bad lol.

lol I know! The GTR is a technical wonder and they're definitely
a force to be reckoned with.

But I like my cars like I like my womens, quirky, high maintenance
and dangerous.

Exactly, but even though a Porsche lover, you're also a "car guy".

I imagine some of the vette guys have the "vette jacket", vette "tighty-whitey's", vette socks, etc.

Many of them are pretty focused.

continuing with the LSx diet I ran over a TT CTSV last night, twin 6262s, 15psi. His car runs 10.6 @136 and he has been doing a lot of talking and said it would be fair from a dig. i ran wastegate boost, solid 10 sec run on PBox. Trapping 145.3 MPH.
