Will this fit on a 997.1 C2S. It looks I will need at least to go with after market air intake cleaner. Other than that, is it a bold-on fitment without any mods?

You will need the wiring harness #99761267071 (about $60 from dealer like Sunset Porsche) and reprogram your car with Durametric because the GT3 decklid does not have a third brakelight on the wing.
