Porsche 996 engine for sale

Category: Engine - Complete Motors
Price: $9600
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: Porsche 911 996 Non-Turbo
Location (State): FL
Item Condition: Used

Selling a used 996 complete engine. This is a 2004 996 3.6L engine that came off a Porsche 911, It has OEM spark plugs and coils, also did a rear main seal and IMS upgrade, both brand new from vertex automotive. I took the engine apart and the insides look brand new with no wear at all. Engine only has a little over 60K miles and is in full working order and ready to mount. The engine can be shipped but at buyers expense. I have the original vin number from the car as proof of mileage.
The engine is in Miami Florida and if you have any questions call or text me at 7863290684, ask for Jonathan.

Asking $9600 for it as it sits or best offer.
No low balling offers please. I have thoroughly inspected this engine and know it's in excellent condition. Anyone who buys this would be a very happy camper.

you might want start by clarifying exactly which engine you got there. 04 is 3.6. 01 and prior is the 3.4.

Those intakes should have some rags or something stuffed into them or plastic bags with rubber bands attached around them to keep anything from falling in.

I took these photos while I was putting everything back together. As the engine sits how it already has the plastic intake bolted back on. Not gana leave the insides open like that.

Here are pics of the engine fully assembled. She's still a little dusty but nothing a good cleaning can't fix. I also included pictures of the new IMS I installed and the new reinforced rear main seal. I made this engine bullet proof so that I would never need to drop it again in my car. You also get original plugs and could for the engine. Everything you need to have her ready to mount. Just send me a quick pm if your interested!
