If you can get turbo hats you can swap out the rotor and use on any turbo car, 996/7 (7 non pccb). These rotors look to be gen1.

Good point and idea, however, you'd have to source those hats from a used or damaged set of PCCB rotors from one of those cars though as Porsche won't sell PCCB hats separately. When doing the PCCB upgrade on my Cayenne TTS I contacted Suncoast about purchasing just a rear rotor hat and they said you have to buy the complete rotor from Porsche.

Also, the 996 Turbo Car had 350mm front PCCB rotors like the 997.1 Carrera models (non-GT) so these front rotors that I believe are the larger 380mm won't work on all the cars you mentioned. Should work on 997 Turbo and 997 GT cars, but not 996 Turbo, 996 Carrera, or 997.1 Carrera and I don't know about 996 GT cars

The 996 pccb is a 350mm rotor, that's why it will work on the non pccb 997. I have seen a 997 back in 09 that was a non pccb car and had 996 pccb rotors. Not sure if the 996 gt2/3 pads fit the 6 pot 997 caliper or not but my eyes did see it on a car at an event so it can be done. Huge weight saving and its unsprung.. Make the shocks work easier. If I remember correct pccb rotors are half the weight. that's half the mass acting as a gyroscope.

The offset on front rotor may fit c2 and c2s One would just need to measure the face that the rotor mates to on the axle to the rear face of the rotor by laying a straight edge across it and compare it. I know the c4 and turbo are a different offset

The 997.1 C2S PCCB setup is 350mm rotors at all 4 corners - I know - I have one.

Only the rear rotors from this set are 350mm rotors so they work on the rear of those cars as the OP mentioned in the ad. The fronts are larger - probably 380mm rotors so won't fit the front of one of these cars even if you change the rotor hats to the correct offset as you'd also have to space out the caliper. The rear 350mm rotors may fit on the front of a non PCCB 997.1, but I'm not sure. In either case, the front rotors from this set won't work on a non-GT 997 as they're too large for either the front or rear without modification.
