I’ve had a few comments about the age. The model of the tires have been out for a while yes. But the tires were recently purchased. They are not 3 years old. I can find the date of manufacture. I don’t want people thinking these tires have sat for three years.

The tires you are selling are Super Sports. The link you posted is for PS2.
You may have purchased them recently, but at least one of the tires is 3+ years old. I cannot make out the date code on 3 of the tires, but one of them clearly shows a date code of 1517, which means it was produced in the 15th week of 2017. Please post pictures of the other 3 date codes for those interested.

Here is a tire I just bought yesterday. Direct from the Michelin truck. So stop with the BS guys. Short production run tires will be sold as much as 2 years old. Call tire rack. Your comment vman show you lack of knowledge. Congrats you read a sidewall but have no idea what it means.

Yes, I am well aware of that, but in your previous post you specifically state "They are not 3 years old". It doesn't matter when they were purchased, the date of manufacture determines the age. It doesn't matter if they were sitting in your garage, a Tire Rack warehouse, or a Michelin warehouse. Granted, being stored indoors unmounted is much different than outdoors and mounted, but at least one of the tires is 3+ years old. No one is disputing your date of purchase, but to state they are not 3 years is old is just plainly false.

you are making the date of manufacture like it means something. What date was your car built? Does a 9/13 date mean it’s not a 2014 when it’s sold as a 2014 and no 2013 model exists?
no one on this forum is confused about mounted tires being called new when they have been purchased less than 6 months ago. You guys are nitpicking just because you think you are so smart
I really hope someone calls you out for every date of manufacture on everything you sell. It’s really ridiculous.

I’ll drop it and not go a penny lower so everyone is happy. You guys decide to make forged wheels with spacers and tires less than 6 months on the car or new according to tirerack into a huge deal
