I just sold my 996 Turbo with an additional set of factory silver hollows that I bought, on this board actually in 2009, so these are the original HOLLOW turbo twists that came on the car from the factory in 2003. (Not to be confused with the solid spoke on the C4S.) The car was sold with about 21,000 miles on it, and these black wheels were probably on for 1/3 of that, at most. Definitely no cracks, bends, or repair ever done on them. Just powder coating in gloss black. Stubby factory metal valve stems are still silver.

There are a few scuffs on the faces from getting rolled around the garage for a decade, and the coating in one of the wheel’s lug holes isn’t perfect, so I’ll have them refinished. Therefore, assume four perfectly finished hollow turbo twists, with four black plastic “Turbo” script center caps. I may have black lugs laying around here, but the last I saw them I think they looked rough, so assume that I don’t. (I’ll check.)

The tires are in questionable shape from dry rot (these wheels and tires have probably spent over ten years in the garage after a few years on the car), so I wasn’t even going to have them remounted, but if you want them, they’re yours. One is likely a lost cause, as I think it went flat every two weeks when on the car.. (If it were me, I wouldn’t balance the tires, so you can check them out before putting wheel weights on.) I’d really prefer to sell these with local pickup on Long Island, or I’ll drive them anywhere within 25 miles of NYC. (We can make a deal to drive further, I suppose.) If you want them finished in a different color, even original grey, I’d be willing to do that for a deposit. I think that’s fair, because I don’t want to get stuck with pink wheels, as someone’s joke, which I then can’t sell without spending another $800 to get refinished. If you don’t want them refinished, I’ll obviously let them go cheaper.

I put in 996 Turbo fitment, because that’s the car that they came on, and they undoubtedly fit without spacers, fender rolling, or anything else. I’m certain that they fit on other models, too, though. Please research which other models they will fit on, because I don’t want any miscommunication. If you insist that they be shipped, I’ll need to get them packaged and sent, and will require insurance, all of which will be paid by the buyer. (I’d really rather this be face to face if that isn’t already clear.) If you want detailed pics of each wheel before refinishing, let me know and I can try to clean them up and take some photos in the next few days. Please PM me if interested. I’m not looking to rob anyone, so I’d appreciate the same courtesy. $2,000 OBO, including delivery/pickup as mentioned above. I’d rather sell them as scrap than take an aggressive beating on price. I can just EBay them, where nobody cares if the wheels are round, how many times they’ve been repaired, how many miles were on them, etc. With these wheels, you know what you’re getting, and I’m looking to meet face to face so you know I’m not playing any games and giving you exactly what I promise. (I actually have a funny story about picking up those silver wheels in person.) Thanks.
