Question My Dilemma... need some advice

My problem is that I am not sure what CGT year I should buy.

I can afford to buy a 2006 with mods (wheels, etc) or a 2007 without any mods.

I am leaning towards the 07' primarily because the 06' warranties are about to expire.

What do you guys think?

Go with the 07 and when you get some extra cash, then mod it. I mean really, a CGT is a car you don't even need to mod so you'll be fine for a while.

in this case you might want to go for a non modded `06 and use some of the money left for modding the car to your taste

I agree with all the aforementioned posts. A non modded vehicle is more likely to have been driven a bit "easier." You get a really nice 06 with wheels, exhaust, chip, more likely it will have been driven a bit harder. Not that it's a problem but I would figure you are investing quite a bit of money you would want to be the one who drives it to it's full ability.

I'd wait an hour and a half and buy an 08 with mods

Porsche dealer near me was trying to pre-trade an 08 GTC(convrt) with 2100 miles...MSRP $210,000.....The high bidder>>>>>>>>> $135000

heh i meant 06' and i would add my own mods. great advice, much appreciated.

heh waiting for the 08' to drop a little longer would be nice but i want my bentley now lol. hopefully i can just wait for an 07' to drop a little then pick it up and have some change left over to add some mods.

I have a friend who has an Diamond Black 2005 CGT with 2600 miles for sale. The car is absolutely perfect and sits in his garage all of the time. I believe he is asking about 100k for it. If interested PM me your contact info and I can get you photos of the car and pictures of the original window sticker. Seller is located in Texas.
