05 GT price check

I am looking at a 05 GT coupe with 21k miles, full service record, two owner. What is a fair price for these?
Can you buy extended warranty?
Is there something that I should look for in regards to the 05? Problem areas?

Thanks,

High 70's, low to mid 80's depending on trim level etc. I don't have any inside knowledge of "issues" with the car. It's not the first year of the CGT so I'd imagine most of the kinks have been worked out. I am sure there are some guys/gals on this forum that have more knowledge than me. Good luck...you won't regret it!

I was hoping to revive this tread.

I drove a beautiful 05 saphire/saddle on Saturday. 9,000 miles. The Bentley dealer wants 95K for it, which seems a bit high, but it is fairly low milage.

I was wondering about the Nav and Bluetooth. Has anyone put the newer headunits into the GT? The headunit (and soft-close doors/keyless go) seem to be the only things separating the 05 from a more expensive 07.

seems a bit high, but sounds like an awesome color.
we are coming on 11, that means even at six year old the car is holding more than 50% of it's original value. That's great if you ask me.

i see THAT low a milage as a detriment. It means the car has not really been driven on a regular basis, or enough to really shake out any possible problems. Cars are electro-mechanical devices and they need their lifeblood to be used on a regular basis. Worse still, the factory warranty is now over so...

i'd prefer a car with ~8k miles/year. Then again if you love the car, the color, etc and have the means... enjoy

If you want cell phone integration, just remember that the 95 had the old system that may not work with your phone.

Those were some of my concerns as well! I think I will stick to an '06 or higher to gain the Bluetooth, keyless go, and soft-close doors (correct?). I also will aim at those with ~20k miles. That seems like enough use to keep the fluids pumping but also keep things clean and dent free.
I will also likely buy from a Bentley dealer and consider a CPO to give me a little peace-of-mind. I have a dealer withing and hour's drive which is a huge bonus over some of my other possible makes (Aston Martin for example...)

That is what i did, went for a 06 and it had 27k miles. As for reliability, the good thing is that with the proper milage things have generally already been sorted out and the Bentley GT seems to be a very reliable automobile.
