Bentley Continental GT/GTC/Flying Spur DIY Thread

Hello @TWL,
There are actually two pumps, one for the headlights, and the other for the windshield, so the low pressure on both in the same time frame may be the result of another issue.
If both are having low pressure issues, I would look at what type of fluid you are using in the tank, as I had issues some time back with my A8L W12, I was using the orange rain x, and not only did it slow down the flow, but it coated the level sensor with a film that kept the sensor from sensing fluid, so I had a constant "low washer fluid" warning, so I put some hot water in to flush the system and sensor, well it worked, but I found that I actually had the water a bit to hot, and melted the tank at a certain level, so I couldn't fill to the top, lesson learned.
Pumps are numbers 9 and 10, and the assembly is located in the passenger side front wheel well, you could try some warm water to flush, or disassemble and clean the screen/inlet on each pump.

For what it's worth the windshield line clogged inexplicably, but the pump was fine.
The tubing needed to be replaced as it couldn't be flushed. I think the composition
of the fluid used was the problem. They do differ in ingredients.

PDF file?
I've noticed several members requesting a pdf file that concerns the GT models. I have a 2007 GTC, so if it is a resource I could employ for DIY servicing, I'd appreciate receiving a copy sent to my email address. Thank you in advance.

I am trying to start a collection of DIY articles in this site, regarding the Continental GT/GTC/Flying Spur AWD models.
Hopefully, members will contribute and post their own Bentley DIY's or even Bentley DIY's from other forums, only if the links to those DIY's are inactive (you can post a link as inactive by unchecking the "automatically parse links in text" box that is just below the text box, before you submit the post).
It is also possible to just copy and paste the DIY from another forum as well.
Let's try to build this into something......Geo.
P.S. Many thanks to GT3 Chuck, for all his advice.

Hello @Goddardb ,
Welcome to 6speedonline !
As to the replacement of the serpentine belt and crankshaft pulley, it is a simple remove and replace, the serpentine belt and the crankshaft pulley have nothing to do with any timing of the engines valve train to crankshaft, that would be the timing chains at the rear of the W12 engine.
The crankshaft pulley and the serpentine belt only drives the accessories, such as AC compressor, power steering pump, alternator, water pump, the crankshaft pulley shaft does have a keyway.
