CC, i gave up on Zymol ital and other Zymol (Cleaner/Wax, etc) in favor of far and away better professional products from Meguiars. Far better results that Zymol can not achieve.

Love black! What's the "Live Free Or Die" on your plate - are you a New Hampshirian (or whatever those residents are called)?

Will post Meguiars pics next time i polish her (in about a month or two to prep for deeeep winter here in the mountains). Another advantage, it REMOVES the spidering, etc and not just covers them up. My next 'project' is using Leatherique to prep the leather for the very dry winter months.

Do what I do - only drive in the dry, avoid puddles, use Mother's ShowTime (which I find better than Meguiar's Quik Detail), and use a duster daily in between.

My Perfect World - a garage with positive pressure airconditioning... no dust!

As one of my friends told me.. You know when you are really rich.. when you can afford to drive around in a filthy Bentley.. and you don't care.

I thought that was pretty funny.

I am trying to keep it clean as possible.

And also it is my daily, rain or shine....

Yeah, though some rich people are car guys and treat them like the works of art they are. Others use them as a status symbol, and I think that's what your friend was referring to. They are showing they don't really care about icons the rest of us may worship.

But I can't figure out why so many people - wealthy or otherwise - use their cars as a mobile rubbish tip. Take a peek inside many parked cars and you'll rarely see them as they looked in the showroom.

These owners will take pride in their appearance, teeth and shoes, but the car gets neglected. I can tell more about a person's character and habits by looking at their car than getting a year's worth of psychiatrist's reports on them

In life, playing the middle-ground can be a good thing. Sure the CGT can get dirty from rain, snow, dirt roadways, etc... yet also like to keep her (relatively) clean. Some days she is dirty, some days she may have road salt on her and other days she may be very clean after a wash/wax. Not retentively so when it comes to keeping her clean even 70% of the time, yet do take care of her to ensure she is in very good working order.

Somewhere on this discussion board are my winter pics.

She is, afterall, my daily driver in ALL weather conditions.

Always get a great laugh at the exotic car guys who will cancel an event due to just the possibility(!) of rain showers. Wimps! Reminds me of NASCAR, a series that claims to be professional and filled with professional drivers, yet do not run races in the rain.
