i am guessing around $70k at most through private sale. Around $65k may be more reasonable. The 2005 lacks the newer Bluetooth, newer TPS system and some other small bits. Try for $60k and see where it goes.

60-70k tops however I've been seeing 07 models just scratching the 80000$ mark. Shop around cause 06/07 has all the little things that the previous years missed.

Please reference my other thread regarding the newer years. I don't really care about the small upgrades. Strictly going for the visual aspect and 2004/2005 looks the same as the new ones for the most part.

Where are you guys finding these cars so cheap? I'm in Palm Beach and there's a lot of them here and the 2004 models are selling for 65k+.

eBay, online used car listings, various dealers, etc. Of course at the very bottom of the scale are weird color combinations and perhaps higher miles too.

Am guessing this is the car for 70k
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Bentley-Continental-GT-Mulliner-2005-Bentley-Continental-GT-Mulliner-/310384841506?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item484460d322

of course there is this for $65k
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Bentley-Continental-GT-Beautiful-2005-Bentley-Continental-GT-/150771056266?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item231aa7be8a

and at $64k
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Bentl...item2ebbc8d4bf

Of course that is their ASKING price

I'm constantly checking all the websites (multiple times per day) for listings. Yes that first link is the car. The second one I saw as well just don't like the tan interior. Last one has high mileage saw that one as well.

I'll keep looking for a better deal then. I think the first one can be bought at $65k but if that's still on the "higher" end I'd rather wait.

Surprised there aren't A LOT more people driving Bentley's with these prices!

If it is clean and serviced with no paintwork, wheel rash, evidence of a smokers, front plate ect, and its the right colors, id pay 75k from a dealer, price goes down from there

I can tell you I looked at a super clean 05 in white on cream interior at 59K with 58,000 miles about a week ago. PP.

05 I think still have a way to go down, they were produced in to high numbers and are just to reliable to create a higher priced secondary bump right now.

58k miles is a lot though so that's why the car was at $59k. I can see that. I don't think 04-06 Bentley's will drop much in value from where they are now. I think they've taken the main depreciation by now.

If it is the look and image you are after why does the milage bother you? Any normal car seven years old will have more than 58000 miles. Remember no one will know the milage unless you tell them.

Would rather have a car with lower miles for obvious reasons especially when there's plenty of them out there.

I think you'll see them continue to drop 5-7k per year (o4 thru 06). They still have a depreciation curve and are not the least bit collectible. You can buy 07 gtc's
with less than 25k on the dial in the 105-110 range. I would guess these will be 95-100k this time next year.

I don't agree that 04-06 models will drop $5-7k per year. If they were a completely outdated body style then possibly but being the facelift was done already and they kept the overall same design they will never continue to drop at that rate. Again that's just my opinion.

It does cost more for few miles so a man must decide what his priorities are. These cars will never appreciate in value so buy and use is my opinion. Car buying has never been a money making thing for me.
