Hello David can you compare the noise of this car with the tail pipe with another car that the members may be familiar with? I think is still less than the Ferrari F430 or the Aston V8V. Wedgeduck is afraid it might be to loud and would it make much more sound if the down tubes were on the car also?

We call that 'Racer Math'. It is an offshoot of normal math yet has unique variables and, at times, exponentials, with calculations all based on variations.

Got that?

Racer Math.., good one Stevens. It's the basic of all the basics to Racer Math.

I like it. I have had only one opportunity to drive with the top down but it sounds nice. It does have a resonate hum at 1300rpm that might bother some but this is a off throttle coasting condition and you can kill the sound completely if you down shift with the paddles. The car is NOT to loud. It finally sounds like the 630+ hp car that it is.

I am completely satisfied with the whole system, thanks David.

I would trust the Doc's opinion on the Fabspeed gear. Plus I had a Fabspeed exhaust system without sports mufflers, and they were well built and had a nice exotic hum.

Thanks for the vote of confidence brother. These components could be done separately depending on what your personal goals are. Personally the ECU tune is where the real benefits are. The cat bypass pipe allowed some better breathing with little sound change and the tail pipes are almost exclusively sound specific.

David I could see the majority of Bentley owners leaving the car factory stock chiefly from the demographics of this class of car buyer. I am probably the aberrant one but not ashamed to be so. I mean who wants a Bentley to go even faster? or more flash? or more apt to turn a head with aural presence?

Spoke with David at MAXFLO, and am seriously considering having my Flying Spur upgraded. Love the sound, and the HP boost would be great.

It will make a noticeable difference. The ECU upgrade is where the biggest gain is do not stop short of that. Is MAXFLO the same as Fabspeed?
