One is for the navigation system, the other is for the CD changer.

Where does the ipod cable run? How do you switch the radio to the ipod?

There is a post on here that someone did for this install.
The ipod cable runs from the USB port in the back of this unit to your ipod. This unit will autodetect your ipod once your "CD" player is on, of course your CD player will now be this unit connected to the ipod

Yes, but he does not have the Dice unit as he still has his CD changer.

Do you have a link for the BT unit? I am using mine witht he docbossair. Works perfect. juct curious about the BT unit.

Also, anyone intrested in this upgrade, look out for the BTunits that require you to the power button everytime you turn the car on. The docbossair comes on automatically and all you need to do, his manually connect from your phone. At least this is what I need to do from my iphone. Will see if BB10 acts diffrently.

I just picked up this unit for my CGT and can't get the sound to play. Bypassed the cd player and double checked all connections. The unit announces via voice that a usb device is connected but no sound. Played around with dip switches with no success. Can access folders and counter moves when track is selected but no sound. Any suggestions from those that have had success?

TIA

Check and make sure that you have the right source selected, hit source on the remote to toggle between sources.

This is the dice unit with no remote. Seems a bit quirky in that you select cd and then access the functions via disc selections.

Which unit did you get? The Media Bridge comes with a remote. Changing sources on the other Dice units is a bit of a crap shoot, and does not always work as advertised without the remote.

I picked up this one
http://audiovox.diceelectronics.com/...e-features-avx

"With the MediaBridge all of the connectable devices can be controlled from the radio or steering wheel controls on vehicles where its available. Going to the next song is easier."

Only shows this one as compatible for the B. What do you have?

I have the duo:

But, without the remote I found it difficult to change audio sources. It sounds easy in the manual, but I found that it did not work using the radio controls.
