AC Always on by default when starting car to key profiles

Guys I cannot for the life of me figure out how to completely delete the profiles that are set up in the infotainment system of a 2005 bentley GT.

I have tried to reset/reset all in the system but all the profiles have certain settings to each including the AC.

I would like to get some help on how can i configure/delete a profile so I can use one w/out the AC always turning on.

Thank you

Some profiles associated with a KEY you can't delete. Odds are you are referring to the GUEST setting. As for a new setting, with the car started and only ONE key near the car, then choose to SAVE the profile and enter your name (or whatever) that is associated with said key. It should be in the owners manual.

Nope. Im referring to a normal key associated setting. When i change the AC to off, then turn car off, the profile loads that associated with the key and the AC is back on to that setting.

What do you mean by "with the car started and only ONE key near the car".
The car is started by a key, are you telling me i need another key near the car?
Confused a bit

I was told by dealer the A/C always starts with the car. You can set it to a fan speed of 1, but never completely off.

Think that is an 05 and 06 problem, looks like they fixed it in the 2007. Only discovered this as just changed to an 07. So good news is you can really look forward to your next Bentley. This gives you an excuse to get a newer one

BTW GPS on the 07 shows street names whereas yours doesn't. Am really glad i upgraded recently, you should too.

I have the factory programs. Will discuss when you are in Newport Beach.

I have stet my AC/heatto 69 degrees, for somew reason that is a favorite #?? My system always supplies that temp providing cool or heat depending on need. I think this is exactly what Bentley wanted it to do. The car defaults to another setting id the top is put down. it is like the car knows what to do to keep me just right.

The only way to tune the system off is to go to manuel mode and use the **** to turn the fan down to zero.

Just curious, why do you want the climate control off?
