CGT Passenger Mirror Memory Setting
#16
Hi Tintin
Thanks for your seat tip which I tried and it works! Bloody great!
I hope I can return the favour as I managed to set my reverse mirror. Engine running, mirror switch to pax side and mirror angled down. Adjust the angle lower as you see fit then press seat "set" and preset number. You can test by placing gear in park then reverse again to see if new position has been saved.
Good luck!

Hello jc_333
Well I followed your instructions but it didn't memorise the position for me. Very odd.
Engine running and the mirror switch set to passenger side. Select Reverse (mirror moves down a little), adjust mirror to suit. Press 'Set' followed by preset number (as displayed on screen when entering car). I didn't press 'Set' + preset number simultaneously, just 'Set' followed by number.
I returned to Park and the mirror returned to its preset driving position but when I went back into Reverse the mirror only dipped a little.
The mirror's mechanical drive system is working fine, it must be my method.
Any suggestions warmly received.
Regards
Chris
