I have my '07 GT's headlight fixtures out, and yes, the right-side T10 bulb is burned out. I ordered a pack of the OXILAM 194 LED Bulbs Super Bright 6000K to replace the incandescent T10's hopefully for longevity sake, and I'm wondering if they're plug and play? Or if I'll need to put a dummy resistor load on them? The Oxilam bulbs are 2 watt. If I did my math right, to load the circuit to 5 watts will require 68 ohm, 3 watt resistors in parallel. Eh? But, beings as a 3 watt resistor is fairly large, doubling the parallel resistance should half the wattage dissipation requirement... so the 2 watt draw of the LED bulbs doesn't make the computer happy, I'll experiment around with it... maybe a 180 ohm 1 watt resistor will be enough extra load to exceed the sense threshold so the computer's satisfied… eh?

It just plug and play, no coding and no canbus error. It seems that Bentley is very easy on using LED bulbs. As you can see your bulb burned out but you did not get any message on the cluster, right? You are free to go 😁😁😁
I am thinking about doing a complete bulb replacement during the coming winter, because my headlights don't match in K-color and one of my daylights has an LED that is flickering obnoxiously.
Where do I find the info for which bulbs I need to purchase? And is there a preferred bulb for longevity?
I have previously been very pleased with the OSRAM Cool Blue Intense bulbs, as well as the Phillips Diamond Vision bulbs, but I will see which I can use for the Bentley.
Ha! Another example of Bentley designers lack thought to maintenance issues. The whole front of the vehicle needs to be taken apart to get at this bulb. Cost me $800 to replace the $5.00 bulb. Do both while it is apart. Some owners just pull the fuse and drive with out these daylight driving lamps instead of pulling the whole car apart. See photo attached of my GTC having bulb replaced.
Assuming that we're talking about the same lamps i.e. the side light, as opposed to the dip beam, or main beam, then I fitted Osram bulbs part number 2850CW-02B which are an excellent colour match.
and although the pictures show amber, they are actually available in four colours.
Despite what others have claimed, my experience was that it was possible to change these, and solder in new wirewound resistors in parallel on flying leads, without removing the nose of the car.
(You'll note that I have refrained from using terms such as "daylight running lights" because they mean different things in different countries, whereas I hope that side light, tail light, dipped beam and main beam have a common definition.)
Thanks for your answer!! The Osram 2850CW-02B bulbs look very promising. I suppose it is the W5W ones I would need, not the W21/5W, correct? But you say that they do require additional resistors?

Yes, you will need the W5W version.

Also from RS I bought M2.5 fasteners with part numbers 546-6124, 693-4889 and 560-322 to complete the job.
The resistors are mounted to the plastic dust caps, shown in another poster's photographs above.

I'm terribly sorry but after being publicly admonished by another member for obliquely referring to ways of obtaining non-genuine software, I edited all my previous posts to remove anything, no matter how helpful to others, that might attract further criticism with regard to copyright. That jolly useful table of all the bulbs was amongst the victims.
The very same aforementioned member has a history of posting excerpts from IETIS, but apparently considers that the rules somehow don't apply to him. (...and I doubt that this message will remain here for very long!)

I don't know who you're talking about, but I have personally been living in the pirate world since the late 80's. Wish I knew more about IETIS (and Star). I'm sorry that you had to delete your posts, and I appreciate what you've done for the Bentley community!
I'm obviously not going to ask you to send that jolly useful table of all the bulbs to me privately....

Just wanted to give you an update regarding my bulb change..
I ended up letting a local shop do it for me, and hearing what they had to go through sure made me thankful for that. If you scroll up 6-7 posts and see the picture that nsandham posted of his bulb change, that is exactly what they had to do with mine as well.
It cost me about 500 euro / 600 US dollars for the labor. I went ahead and changed all 8 bulbs. They added resistors to all LED lights as some flickered and some didn't.
These are the bulbs I went with:
High beams: OSRAM D2S Xenarc Cool Blue Intense
Low beams: OSRAM HB3 (9005) Cool Blue Intense
Daytime running lights (or whatever you call them): OSRAM LEDriving SL LED W5W 501 6000K Cool White
Turn signals: OSRAM LEDriving SL LED PY21W Orange
