Any way to debug keyless go?

Hi,

I have an 04 that is apparently fitted with keyless go (I have the black button on the car door).

However, nothing happens when I try to open the door with the key with me or try to lock it by pressing the button on the door.

Is there any way to debug this problem? Does low battery contribute to this issue?

have you tried it with all the keys that you have available ? try with a different key in your pocket and see what happens then.

Thanks. The other key doesn't work so I might have to get the dealer to check them out.

I think the issue might have to do with programming because I was given new styled key when the car is a 04.
