Au contraire, BMT...there is another answer and that would be "Actually, it is the new Chrysler 900!!! Limited Edition"

Love it!

BUT

I can't. It would be passive aggressiveness heaped on pure ignorance.

Yea Mel, I know what you mean. I also live in a fairly small community where a Bentley sighting is rare (I think there is only one, maybe two others around) so I have had several people ask what make of car it is...but none yet to ask if it is a '300. It would be fun, if not mean spirited, to give the '900 LE reply. On a different note my wife has been asked, more than once, what she likes best about the car and she replied "the horn". Go figure...

The horn???????? I have always thought the horn was extremely mundane and nothing else about the car is.

If I am tempted to be passive aggressive it is towards the folks with the 300's with the "B" in the grill. Lord only knows what I would say to them but better not say and diminish any reputation that I might have had one here. Ignorance might be overlooked but outright plagiarism can't.

I was looking on the web for a nice Bentley license plate frame for my wife's car and came across several of the "B" mods for the Chrysler 300. I've never seen one installed but I did have a good chuckle over it. I think I would rather own a Bricklin.:

I have seen over a half dozen. One time in KY while riding the Harleys I came out of the market and one was right next to my bike. My wife called my attention to it and I was tempted to ask the fellow if he had ever seen a real one cause I got one in my garage.

I had one person compliment me on my new Jaguar when he saw the Bentley. At least he had the manufactuering country right.

In some ways I like that few people recognize the car for what she is. Sometimes being 'under the radar' can be a very good thing.

Nice, and even nicer now with black wheels. It's one of the few cars that can be improved by going all black.

Any chance of adding your pics to the official photo thread? They're keepers for sure.

Cheers guys, glad the wheels are liked. I'm so pleased with how it looks compared to the silver rims.

JC, that's right, the DVD player is installed neatly in the boot ceiling and also has SD card and USB capability. I need to test out what the interface is like but because the wiring is all done, it shouldn't be an issue to perhaps upgrade the DVD unit if it provides some nice entertainment interface for my tunes up front.
