I only know of you , the Doc, and Blackgtc that would understand me. But, those boys in Newport Beach know you and love you. I will see you again. Hopefully the Doc will come and run it. Tony says HeLLo! He is a boy. He was really bored until he met you in Newport Beach

Bored? How can Tony be bored when there is soooo much to enjoy in life! See you in May/June in Newport Wish I could bring the GTC yet transporting it completely across the country is not cheap for just a week of fun plus just paid for an engine out service on her to fix a leaking air hose that let false air into the system.

They say a pic is worth a thousand words but having been at the shop and seeing this build in person one quickly realizes there are a million left unsaid.
Good to see you reach this point while maintaining quality and raising the bar. You know ill pick your brain on the R&D when I see you again...

As I have aged a bit I fantasize less and less about women and sex BUT more and more about cars. I have dreams and visions of doing the very things that Wedgeduck is doing to the GT. Making a one of a kind, top performing monster out of the already stunning super cars.
We could start by trashing a Nissan GTR(they aren't respectable cars anyways) and pushing it to 1300whp and paint the sides with a big Godzilla eating a smaller one and naming it Zilla Killa
I am as sick as you Wedgy just with out the $ backing.

I can tell you one thing already. I ran down my friends R8 v10. We are waiting for a GMG specialist to fly in next to help remap her. She is running a bit lean at the moment. Too much airflow coming in with our new intake system. Those GTR are fast. They just look hideous

My God! I seen this hideous one at the Long Beach Grandprix last year. It was done in really bad taste. Like some body shop in Texas thought they could design. No function whatsoever , just gruesome looking

They should have them in London. Brembo makes them too. My friends company builds these. They should have all your needs starting next Month. I actually saved 47lbs in weight reduction and a lot of unsprung mass.

Well...here it's allabout the size.
without starting a new thread : for replacing the steel 405X38mm fronts I recently came up with Italian Tarox...that are 400X36mm. But then 36mm is the minimum thickness that Bentley advises on the OEM-ones!
Brembo does have them and that would be my choice of preference, but they are part of/meant for their specific Big Brake Kit. Have been trying to get dimensions (hub, offset, frictionring?...) from them but no luck. I want to be sure they fit the OEM-system without adaptations like fiddling to get a proper bracket made for re-positioning of caliper. Brembo also have let me know that they will not sell the parts from a BBK-kit separately.
A few months ago I contacted girodisc . They told me that they needed a substantial group-buy before they would be inclined to develop a replacement-combo for the GT. Also they predicted a price that's in the ball-park of the Brembo BBK-kit.
I thought that the ones on your car would be Stoptech-ones and contacted them. Stoptech claims they do not carry any replacements for the GT..... so I'm still out.
Hav you got manufacturer and partnrs from your set? Can't trace them back from your pictures.
grtz,
christian
