Is this the parking light (Picture included)
I'm trying to replace the driver side parking light.
1. I circled red of some connector. Is this the parking light connector?
2. If yes, how do I access it as the green circled metal bar is blocking access.
3. How do you pull out the parking light?
Sorry for these noob questions as I have never worked on cars.

Good news! My driver side light has resurrected itself from death! It started to work today.
The light 'died' after I washed my car yesterday and had a "please check light". Could it be water damage?
