Is there any aftermarket improvement to the sat nav surround - perhaps in a different material to the black plastic? (05-11 cars)

 

Not that I've ever seen. Hmm, no one has ever asked, that I can recall. Perhaps your local high-end custom car audio shop could fabricate something provided it comes off without too much trouble.

Just thought of this, if it comes off, you could 3D scan it and then make a precise substitute. If you do 3D scan it, please post the file here
