We have a 98 Bentley Azure and are having problems with the top...on the newer models you reset by adjusting each window by holding down window switches for (10) seconds twice on all four....however this year doesnt seem to work and have been here all morning, day and now night lol....hence my passion....is there something I may have missed? I can here the switch work but no movement and have power, pump is good and levels are full. Any help and/or direction greatly appreciated.

Check the micro switches and grounds,connections ect. Hope that helps
