Hello @Jason Paredes ,
I just realized that you never responded, how did you make out ?

Okay,
Do you have Ross-Tech or VAS5054 for scanning, we would need to see any codes you may have, faulty keyfob, antenna, or KESSY module, do you, or have you had any wetness on the driver's front floor area, the KESSY module resides under the carpet on the driver's side floorboard.
And thank You !

Hello All 👋,
Well here is an long awaited update, sorry for the absence of the rebuild, but we all know family, work, and life take first place, so she went into storage for a bit, plus I just could not convince myself to bite the bullet and install the 2014 W12 engine with the 2014 ZF 8hp90 transmission, I even had oil analysis done on the engine but just couldn't pull the trigger to go through all of the work of a complete install before even firing her up....
But more on that in a bit, I am going to make a few/several post in order of my work performed to keep certain items seperate as not to have one long post molding into a maze that is hard to follow, I hope that is ok with All.
Then I will jump back to the engine, transmission, ECU'S, Instrument Cluster, etc.
I promise you will love it, sit tight...
Ok,
let's start with repairing the wiring harness that the seller who purchased the parts vehicle from Brooklyn (He beat me on the sale, and wanted only the engine) and took it to Canada, then assured me that the complete wiring harness would be 100% intact as it was when it left Brooklyn, only to have him cut it in half right at the right front fender, only to then throw the front section in the trash never to be seen again...
Joyfully I repaired my own.

Let's see,
Then I cut the holes in the trunk/boot lid to accept the power boot close button and wiring, plus one small hole for the mounting clip.
I also drilled the hole in the inner side of the right rear quarter to accept the drive gear for the power lift and close hinge for the boot lid..
Next was doing some cutting of the sheet metal where the power lift and close motor would mount, see the pictures for the part numbers of the metal mounting pieces I removed from the black donor GT.

Next I finished the NAIM sub box installation along with the NAIM amp and 3 NAIM tweeters, I will say that the wiring on the tweeters themselves is way heavier than the stock tweeters, I also made the 6 pin power supply cable for the NAIM amp along with the plug end to feed the subs.
Please note as I stated in another thread here today, that eventhough my wiring was correct, as I checked it 4 times, the system seemed to lack proper bass, if I set the balance to either side I had more bass, but in the center, weak, it reminded me of when I mistakenly wired my subs up incorrectly back in the day, giving me out of phase subs, meaning canceling each other out, so I swapped 2 wires at the 4 pin plug to the sub box, and now center position has boom boom 💥.
I also mounted the NAIM amp on the bottom of the fold down module shelf, leaving a air gap between the shelf and the amp itself, I have the hot side disconnected right now until I install a fuse block to feed the 3 seperate hots to the amp.

@TeamJones1962 had asked me that if I ever removed the rear panels to access the tweeters that I document the mounting points of the panel, so after removing the upper and lower portions of the rear seat, remove the screws and nuts in blue to gain access to the tweeter, ALSO, there is a felt covered trim piece right at the corner of the side quarter glass, remove that to access another mounting screw.

I also wired the Multi Media Interface into the CAN-BUS and power supply, I also mounted that module in the boot, I will just leave the media cable feed into the trunk area, or add an extension to the front if and when needed, but I think what ever I plug into it will live in the trunk.

This next item I believe is for the 2005 only, as I have never seen the rear overhead console in any 2006-08 or newer in the 1st generation model, I replaced the 2 support pins that support the rear of the overhead console, but also had to re-apply epoxy to the front portion of the roof mounting bracket that supports the front portion.
YES, those are 2 screws you see holding the bracket in place while the epoxy cures, VERY SHORT SCREWS !!
You don't want pimples in your roof.... 😬
Just long enough of a screw to get into the cardboard like fiber glued to the roof sheet metal
