Odds are you'll need VAG to diagnose it to see what is the problem. Of course a dealer can also check.

was just browsing thru and saw this. Understand it’s 2 years later, but it’s most likely caused by one of the sensors:hood, doors, trunk. It will malfunction for a second and will make alarm go off. Most common it’s a hood sensor.

On the older Bentleys there is a problem with a hard wired battery on the alarm system which causes it to go off at random times. It is intended to sound the alarm even if someone isolates all the other electrics. It is possible to replace the battery if you can find it and are handy with a soldering iron. I just changed the unit which solved the problem

Question 2017 Bentley Flying Spur arm and alarm

My Bentley will arm, and sometimes not arm (when the car has been sitting for a few hours) with the remote. And when I do arm the alarm, and walk away, like 20 seconds later the alarm will go off. And then, it will not allow me to disarm with the remote. Any ideas? Is this the remote battery possibly, or something else?

Thanks all.
