Looking for Bentley mechanic in Toronto

Hi folks,

Looking for a 'good' Bentley mechanic around the Richmond Hill area. My '05 CGT is showing a 'Stop! Vehicle too low.' warning. Left front strut may need to be looked at.

Go to NV Euro Cars in Markham (hwy 7 & Kennedy). Ask for Nim (owner) or Riccardo (chief mechanic). 416 604-3950. They do a lot of Bentleys including mine. http://nveuromotorworks.com/. Tell them "Peter Two-Names" sent you.

Thanks, PMS! Was actually hoping you would reply. Found NV and Birkshire on the net. Good to know at least you used NV. They have 3 locations and sells used cars. Are they too big to be personal? Are they reasonable in price?

I've owned my B for five years and have tried quite a few different independent shops. I was looking for competence, experience and fair pricing. I've had my best luck with NV. They did my pre-cat on bank2 without an engine-out and also solved a really thorny electrical problem (not to mention doing all my regular maintenance work). While they do have three locations, each one is quite small, very personal and well-equipped. If you do have a strut problem, they have a lot of experience with air suspensions (Range Rover as well as Bentley). They will probably source Arnott struts if you need a replacement.

If you're looking for another referral, you could check with forum member Lilo1980 who has had extensive work done by NV.

Birkshire is very close to me geographically but I have never dealt with them. This is not to say I'm displeased with Berkshire in any way, only that I have no experience with them. On the surface, they appear to concentrate on the older Bentleys, but I make this observation simply by the cars that I see on their used car lot.

PM me if you wish to discuss local servicing further. I'll give you my direct contact info so we can chat personally.

Like PMS, I have been using NV in the last few years and did a major engine job few more this ago.

I did some minor work with Berkshire in the past but I wouldn't return.

Hello Engal,
As I do not have the strut you are looking for, I thought I would put this here.

Alpine at 595.00 is a great price.
