A/C Blowing Problem

As you probably read on here last week, I had to replace the vacuum pump. When I got it back from diagnosis, the a/c would come on but wouldn't blow... like the doors weren't opening to the a/c. They hooked up it up their computer, reset it, and everything was good. Tonight the problem happened again. Driving down the road, the a/c comes on, but no air blows. Any idea whats going on?

does hot air comes out if you turn up the temperature?

The AC vent has some sort of actuator that controls the flaps. It is closed until the A/C temperature has reached the desired level.

Has worked fine ever since. I'm not sure what caused the two glitches.

Certain electrical systems are prevented from working when the battery charge is low, maybe it was that.
