07 GT Key Wear

The buttons on my 2007 GT are starting to wear down and doesn't look very appealing... oddly my 2005 with more miles are just fine. Anyways, does anybody know a fix for perhaps replacing the rubber buttons on the key??

New keys around £150-200 on ebay. Programming i expect around £100 at the dealer? Or posssible swap your internals of existing key? Both bentleys iv owned came with keys with considerable wear despite them being keyless entry and keyless start...

Alternatively the leather key holders are nice i think i paid around £90 for mine

There are replacement cases but I can't comment on how good they are.
