Engine compartment fuseboard 2009 Continental GT
Does anyone know how difficult it is to access the engine compartment fuseboard? The manual says that "several components must be removed" to gain access. Anyone here have any experience with it? I want to pull the fuse on the headlamp washer circuit. TIA.

I recently checked the fuse on mine for the headlamp washer pump.
It was a bit of a fiddle to get to but I managed without removing anything.
I lifted the plastic screen at the bottom of the windscreen enough to gain access then lifted the cover on the fusebox.
Give it a go.
I bet the main dealer technicians do that anyway but still charge for whatever they say has to be removed. Not that I'm cynical mine you!!!
Les.

Thanks to ExSF's help I got it done. It did require removal of one screw to lift the screen and a bit of fiddling to open the fusebox cover enough to get to what turned out to the most difficult fuse to reach (but of course!). One skinned knuckle later, the Headlamp washer fuse and relay are now in a little bag in the boot. I took some photos to share in hopes someone else might find it useful.
First step is to remove the small T15 torx screw and clip from the lower RH corner of the windshield molding and carefully persuade the plastic screen (cover?) to clear the molding. Next, turn the release **** on the screen and lift the cover as you pull it back from the engine compartment gasket.
Now you can see the fuse box and release the cover at the RH front and LH side. The cover won't come all the way off as it's pinned down by the wiring harness running over it. That can be moved but not easily so I left it alone.
At this point you'll have access to the fuses and relays with the hardest access being the LH front corner (exactly where my target, #11 is located - relay #32 was piece of cake).
As you button everything up be sure to reseat the engine compartment gasket properly and to reinstall the clip removed in the first step by sliding the bottom in the slot so it holds the molding down tight. Apply downward pressure as you tighten the screw.
When I uploaded the pics the orientation changed on some of of them so I apologize for any confusion that creates. If you view it on a phone or tablet when you're at the car you can turn the photo to match your view.
