What do you guys run for a winter setup?

This is on top of better water / slush dispersal .
If there is snow in the UK btw the seeps in the tread blocks grips .
They work actually do better on ice too if you are sensible with cornering speeds .
The OEM Pirelli P Zeros B spec are totally inadequate in winter conditions imho .

You certainly do need winter tyres , that’s the correct term not “snow tyres “They are made of a different compound which below 8 degrees outperforms regular summer tyre grip .

#1 reason I’m moving to Vegas in a yr. No more damn NW Indiana winters!!!!
1eapplebaum, although I was only 6 at the time, I remember that winter. It was the one that had us stuck in the house because the snow had our screen door block to the middle of the glass. And we had about 5 steps you had to go up before you got to the porch landing.

I remember the ‘67 storm. 21” of snow. A friend of mine and I decided to see how bad it was to close the toll road. So we set off in his 1960 Corvette with a couple hundred pounds of weight and shovels in the trunk. We had a ball and didn’t need the shovels. Obviously we were much younger and foolish in our younger days. Now I have three cars in the collection that have never even seen rain. Got to love Florida don’t have to worry about snow anymore.

If I moved there, the most expensive city in the world, I think I would just give up my car hobby (tears and wailing), because the move would be to immerse myself in the culture. Instead, I'd probably live right in the city (in one of those $80M condos, {about twice the cost of one in New York}), commute using the Underground....and go back to piloting Sailplanes, Gliders and Kites.
I'd have Cornish Pasties for breakfast every morning, fish and chips for lunch...every day, and Sunday Roast at Hawksmoor, Seven Dials....EVERY SUNDAY....LOL...I'd weigh 375 lbs, and work hard at my English accent....all the time I wasn't eating.....hahaha....

BTW, I've published this before, but here again, I don't even sport windscreen wipers on my car. No need for them as it NEVER rains here. I removed them as they are useless accessories!

Yes you have Sir, & I commented if my memory serves me right that thats the first car I've seen with no wipers which sounds crazy as we can't do without them infact its raining right now ... ...
