Can the CD Changer be replaced by a AUX/Bluetooth interface?

My 2006 Flying Spur's CD changer died. Some plastic broke off inside while it was changing CD's and makes a horrible clicking sound now and won't work. I bought a replacement CD changer off of flea bay and it worked but wouldn't read CD's properly and keeps saying damaged CD.. so lost some change there..

On my W140 Mercedes's I change out the CD changers with a bluetooth/aux adapter (plug and play). Does such a thing exist for the bentley? I searched the forums but all the links that seemed promising came up dead/expired.

A few details about my car, it has the stock phone (motorola?) + bluetooth module in the arm rest, I can connect bluetooth to my iPhone, but it seems it's meant only for phone calls and not music. And when I make or receive a call, I get the ring tone until the recipient or I pick up, then it hangs up. So seems iPhone isn't supported..

My thoughts, if bluetooth exists in the car, maybe there's a software/firmware update that will let the iPhone work with the car AND/OR get music playing through it? and if not, how about the CD changer replacement?
