BGT Headling Saggy

BGT Headlining Saggy
Made a school boy error and put all the windows down and did a mega session on the way home the other night. Seems a 120 mph breeze has fooked my head lining.
I can't find anyone in the UK that wants to touch it (didn't bother with the stealers). Does anyone have any ideas on how best to tighten it back up without stripping half the car? Was planning to cut the edges and spray some glue in.......

Had mine out and back in in one day, not that hard to do, just two size trox screws (16 ish),take it out the passanger side (door open windows down).
comes out in one pice. cost me £100 to have reglued (i did have to split it down my self and remove the old foam).

As I am still needing to do my headliner, I was quoted $500 the other day to redo it. I’m thinking ok that’s a fair price and said I’ll shop around a little more. I go to look at the threads on here about headliners and notice, everyone that I look at is All leather. Mines is a combination of leather and suede which I though all of them were. Is $500 still a decent price?

Here in the UK I found an excellent guy who takes the lining out, strips it completely, replaces the foam and reinstalls the headlining in a single day at a very reasonable price. I also asked him to run a rear view camera from the head unit to boot, hardwire the dash cam, fit a DAB aerial to my Benhur while the lining was out. This was all carried out without any issues or drama.... didn't charge me more than an extra hours labour to do all that additional work....
I am now left with a 2005 BGT with a fantastic as new looking lining, reverse camera, touch screen satnav, CarPlay, DAB, dashcam, all hardwired in and for a fraction of the price some are advertising..... Im a very happy bunny.

guys whats is a legitimate number in hours of labor for a shop to remove the headliner, clean off the old foam from roof/leather, reglue and refit.
I was quoted 10 hours for the job when i brought my car in, now they are going for over 20 hours.. something is not right. looking for what the fair number should be
