I am going to stop participating on the Bentley site. I've reached an untenable position with another member here and it is unfair to the membership to subject you to a constant stream of bickering and mudslinging and spoiling others' threads.

I am truly sorry to hear that and I feel you are one of the most knowledgeable people on the forum. I hope that you will reconsider because I feel that losing your experience, willingness and patience in helping others and knowledge of Bentley and cars in general are one of the defining values of this forum, is a travesty.

Am sorry that one bad actor has ruined being a part of this community for you. I am certain a lot more people feel this way but don’t want to deal with being attacked and accused under false premises.

That said, I fully understand your decision. I hope that you might keep in touch as you will be missed.

I'd like to repeat the views of everyone here so far and say firstly thankyou for your contributions on this site as it has helped me and I'm sure many others here.secondly I'd like to ask you to reconsider.please don't let one person ruin the experience for you and hundreds of others here.this is a great community don't leave, also I've not ironed all the issues out with mine yet ha ha . Seriously though mate **** em!!! The person winding you up probably doesn't need your advice as much as many on here so we'll be the only one to lose out.

 

Your vast knowledge is needed here and if you go the board members will decline starting with mine. So Please stay and continue to help us with situations and make the board enjoyable !
The board will not miss me but if you go so do I. Everyone this board helps does not always comment, but its certainly appreciated..

I too feel that you should reconsider your departure!!! You are a great asset to the Form. Life is tooo short to allow one person to control your much need responses and input to the Form. I know that you have way more readers and supporters on this form than you realize and also the Mods should be requested to stop this nonsense by one member. You are far to qualified as a "Valued Member to quit". If So, thank you for our brief form conversations about our cars.
