Hi
I had my battery go flat on my Bentley Continental 2005, managed to get into the boot using emergency release and replace the battery . Since replacing battery I cannot open the boot using button,switch or remote. I’ve tested all fuses and all are ok in the boot.

any ideas ...... hard to find wiring diagrams

 

Read your owner manual section that describes how to reinitialize the boot operating system.

 

Looked but can’t find anything in my manual, only describes how to use the boot in normal operation. 1 thing it does say is that after battery’s have been discharged insert key and turn anti clockwise till a click is heard. Will try this tomorrow

I have 2004 Bentley Continental GT
I have got a problem with my boot lock, the boot is not the powered version all wiring checks out I.e no breaks but neither will the boot release on the drivers door or the push button on the outside of the boot however the electric emergency release in the boot will operate it. I have checked all fuses and made sure there are no wiring breaks from the boot lid into the boot, can anyone advise where I should look next.
